Obituary of Nancy-Jane Sherm

Nancy-Jane Sherm (Rudow) passed away at Troy Hills Hills Nursing Home in Parsippany on March 3, 2015. She was 66 years old. Nancy was born in Morristown and graduated from Chatham High School in 1966. She worked as receptionist at Suburban Propane in Whippany, NJ for many years as well as at Weikert Insurance Company. She was Past President of the Women's Auxiliary Whippany Post 155. She had a love for playing bingo and it was commonly known that she had a dry sense of humor that everyone loved. She was predeceased by her husband Frederick Sherm in 2009, and by her sister Carolyn Westfall and her parents Richard George Rudow & Katherine Evelyn (Clay). Nancy is survived by her children Kathy (& Erik) Stinson and Cynthia Nelson, both of Rockaway, NJ, and Andrew Charles Nelson and his wife Lisa of AZ. She is also survived by her grandchildren Matt Stinson, Amanda Stinson and her fiancé Karl, her Brother Richard Rudow and his wife Melinda of Cape Cod, MA, her nieces & nephews Dacia (& Randy) Hoskinson , Adam Rudow and Carolyn Masini as well as many great nieces & nephews. A memorial service will be held at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ 07834 on Saturday March 14, 2015 from 2-4PM.
