I will dearly miss my friend of over 30 years. That wonderful smile and unique laugh will be forever etched in my mind. As Real Estate collegues, we discussed business often and I relied on Anthony's advice in specific situations. But way beyond that our friendship was much more important. I can honestly say I have NEVER met anyone I admired as much as Anthony Cacciabeve. He gave new meaning to words like Courage, Perseverance and most of all...Faith! His deep love of family who were the most amazing source of strength and support is how he navigated the most unimaginable obstacles. I have to add that without his loving wife, Anne Marie he could never have accomlished what he did. Talk about "Devotion"! I know God will bless Anthony with a special place in Heaven....no wheel chairs there! He has certainly earned it. I wish for his cherished family the most happy memories of this amazing man. I have many myself. Our phone calls often ended with something people don't say enough..."I love you".

As the youngest cousin to Barbara, Anne Marie, Patty, and Michael, some of my fondest memories were going to visit my cousins in New Jersey. Anthony was always part of these visits. As a boy I looked up to Anthony. He was an athlete, he was smart, funny and very confident. Eventually, Anthony and Anne Marie got married, and as a high school student I still loved to visit them. Anne and Anthony were always great to be around and so giving. In fact, one summer when I was only 16 (I had a California driver’s license) they let me borrow a car when I was visiting which was great and it drove my poor Grandfather a little crazy.
When Anthony had his accident he had an unknown future, but for 33 years Anthony handled this incredible adversity with such dignity and grace. He went back to work and learned to drive again. Anthony was an amazing person. He was blessed to have 33 years to watch his two beautiful daughters grow up, graduate college, become successful, and get married. He was able to meet Alice, June, and Hugh. He was blessed to spend 33 more years with the love of his life, Anne Marie. I count myself blessed to be able to spend all this time with such a special person. I always loved visiting with him. He lit up the room when he arrived, and family events will not be the same without him.
Until we meet again, I will miss you, Anthony.
Cousin Scott

I met Anthony more than 30 years ago when he was our Regional Vice President. He was a positive and inspiring person who chose to move forward no matter the obstacles. I enjoyed seeing him and hearing him talk at meetings in such a strong voice. My condolences to his family.

Words are hard to articulate at this time of sorrow. Our memories are special, and the immense respect we had for Anthony (Giggy) .
Anthony had the ability to make us laugh despite all that he had endured. He dressed impeccably and made us feel special throughout his suffering.
Anne you created such a beautiful space for your family that always felt comfortable and blessed.
John will miss his Sunday texting with Anthony during every Jets loss and the continuous analysis of why does it happen!
He will be forever in our hearts.

Those we love may leave this earth, but they never leave us as they live on in our hearts always. It’s been my privilege to know and love Anthony and his family. Gladness fills my heart thinking of so many Anthony memories- childhood clubs in grammar school, BHS days, ski trips to Whiteface Mountain, friend weddings and births and personal challenges shared. He was an inspiration to me in how he addressed his challenges and how he was always there for others. Rest in peace dear friend. Thank you for being part of my life. It was made immeasurably better. You will be missed, but always remembered!

I am so sorry to hear this. May Anthony rest in peace. Have known Anthony since high school at BHS and have lots of memories. To Anne Marie, who I've known since grade school and the old Lincoln Park neighborhood, I send all my condolences to you and the whole family. So glad we got to connect with Anthony at BHS reunions and share in the joy he had for his family.

My heart is with AnneMa, Collen, Laura, Bill, Johnny, June, Alice, Hugh, Thomas and all his relatives and friends.
Mr. Anthony was my patient (BOSS) since Dec. 10 / 2006. He was ONE of a kind… Even though he was in pain every day, low mobility, 90% dependent on somebody, he smiled, made jokes, always helped people in need… ANGELS EXIST!! Love you BOSS. We are going to miss you so much!! Zoraya and Omar.

I worked with Anthony selling real estate many years ago. He was my best friend in the office and we had such good times together. Through the years we lost touch, but reconnected recently. As he told me all about his girls, and his grandchildren he was full of pride. We were supposed to meet, but unfortunately, that was not to be as his health was failing. In spite of not seeing each other in so many years, Anthony has and always will have a place in my heart. Goodbye my friend. May you rest in peace.
