I knew George through Alice and had only met him when Alice retired and I attended her retirement dinner. We talked frequently about our “men” and I appreciated George for the special person he was to her. In the later years, we supported each other in the difficult decisions we were facing and she only wanted the best for George. She took care of him lovingly until she no longer could and then spent her time sitting with him and caring for him at the long term care facility. She was kind and devoted, as always. I extend my deepest sympathy to Alice and Andrew and his family. I appreciated the opportunity to get to know Andrew and by doing so, appreciate George’s history and that he too only wanted the best for his dad. He was there for both George and Alice in the final days and months. Rest In Peace, George. Peace to you Alice and Andrew. Love, Karen Ramsden
