My sincere condolences to Carolyn's family. Carolyn was my angel when I moved to the Oaks almost seven
years. She made me feel welcomed and invited me to dinners and introduced me to many people. She truly was an angel. I miss her and her lovely daughter Mary Ellen who was so faithful ln visiting her Mom. May she rest in peace.

Grandma words cant express the sadness I feel in your absence. The hugs we shared when we saw each other. The phone calls we shared when I was on the road traveling and hearing you tell me the stories of Knoxville whenever I was driving through there. The stories you would tell made us laugh and laugh.
The time you came down to NC and we sat in the back driving to Knoxville to see you sister Ruth Ellen , Jeff and Aunt Betty, the drive back when we laughed at all the twists and turns in the roads. We laughed hysterically and had so much fun.
Grandma you brought smiles to the faces of everyone that came into contact with you, your ability to make people feel loved and cherished was a beautiful gift. The time we had on earth still seemed so short, but the memories we made will be forever in my heart and mind.
Thank You Grandma for being who you were, The Grandma I will always Love and Remember.
Your home now and you can rest easy knowing you left us all better people in life.
I miss you and I love you and hopefully someday to see you again, but until then Thank You Gram for being You
Love Ryan

Gram, I know how much you loved me even though I couldn't tell you. You were always there for every birthday, holiday and "special event", best gram ever! I know you and granddad will be waiting there to walk me thru heaven's gate so until then I'll remain as you always called me: "your angel here on earth". Love, Christina
