Irene R. Scocca entered into eternal rest on February 13, 2015 surrounded by love. Irene was born on March 14, 1940 in Bayside, New York. Irene was a spirited sports fan. As a young woman, she traveled throughout the United States playing softball. She was a loyal fan of the Giants, Yankees and her beloved Notre Dame. Watching games with Irene was good fun and a learning experience. She was a sports trivia master!
In retirement, Irene enjoyed her time at home on Indian Lake in Denville. She loved animals. She loved her garden. Irene was a wonderful neighbor and loyal friend. She will be dearly missed and remembered with much affection.
