Obituary of Carol Louise Hogoboom

Carol Louise (Anderson) Hogoboom, 73 of Green Pond, NJ entered into eternal rest on January 31st 2015.
She was the beloved wife of her late husband David Hogoboom. She was the devoted mother of Diane Keimig and her husband Paul of Vero Beach, FL, Karin Barrett and her husband Dr. David of Rockaway Twp., NJ and John R. Hogoboom and his wife Linda of Boonton, NJ. She was the sister of John Anderson of Red Wing, MN. She is also survived by her five grandchildren, Sarah, David, Lauren, Beth and Kristin and adored pet Prince Harry.
Mrs. Hogoboom was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota and moved to Maryland and Syracuse, NY before settling in New Jersey. She and her husband raised three children in Rockaway Township. She attended Macalister College in St. Paul. Minnesota. Mrs. Hogoboom was an avid and accomplished painter, nature enthusiast, and active member in the Green Pond community.
Friends are invited to meet the family on Friday, February 6th from 9:30 am – 11:30 am at the Norman Dean Home For Services, 16 Righter Avenue, Denville. A Funeral service will be held at 11:30 am. Interment to follow at Marcella Cemetery, Green Pond. Those who wish, may make donations in her memory to the good work of the Green Pond First Aid Squad, 1 Dump Road, New Foundland, NJ 07435.
