Patricia was born on July 15 of 1931 in Altoona, PA to Robert and Louise Diffley. As a young girl she lived in Brooklyn, NY . When she married in 1954 to Soren Pellbring whom she met while traveling to Sweden with her friend Inky Gaiss they met at a dance and fell in love Soren followed her back to the USA . They settled in Edgewater where she enjoyed being for 50 years. From Edgewater, she moved out to Denville to be close to her daughter and grandchildren and resided at Cooks Pond Senior Housing. She worked at the Lookout - also known as the Buena Vista in Edgewater as a barmaid and later as a bookkeeper at the South American Shoe Company for many years until her retirement.
In her spare time, she loved to dance and enjoy good restaurants. She also was an extra in the movie Copland, her and Mr. Phil Tarbola played in the carnival scene and she was thrilled to meet Sylvester Stallone . She spent much time at the Jersey Shore . Many happy times were shared in her shore home.
She also loved the colors red and pink and the color turquoise as well. She was often spotted adorning a favorite red blouse or her perfect shade of lipstick. Above everything in this world, she loved her grandchildren and her great grandchildren. Although we are saddened by her passing, we take comfort in knowing she is watching over her family with love and pride.
She leaves a lifetime of happy memories to her daughter Cathleen Coviello and her son-in-law Michael Coviello; grandchildren Michael Soren Coviello, Cathleen Coviello-Guida (Nicholas Guida), Christopher Coviello, Craig Coviello (Brittany), Melanie Coviello (Edward Elker); adored great grandchildren Dylan, Kayla & Michael Soren Jr. Coviello, Nicholas G. & Sophia Guida, Liam, Lucas & Lacey Coviello, Hailey & Ava Bachryj & Natalie Elker; and her dear friends Audrey Matheny & Inky Gaiss.
Patricia will be sadly missed but we rejoice in knowing she has gone home to Our Lord God and is with all her loved ones that have gone before her.
