Obituary of S. Michael Heath
Stanley Michael “Mike” Heath
Clearwater - Beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle and friend passed away on February 23, 2019 at the age of 66. Mike was born on November 12, 1952, in Dover, NJ. Predeceased by his father Stanley Heath, mother Dorothy Heath Taylor and step father John Taylor. Michael lived in Clearwater, for six years.
Mike will be remembered for his love of family, generosity, benevolence and adventurous spirit. He was an avid motorcyclist, a handyman extraordinaire and wonderful storyteller who was fond of his cats and Irish heritage.
He is survived by his wife Frances, sons Michael (Rosemary) Heath and David Banghart; grandchildren, Brianna Heath and Angel Banghart; sisters Karen Currier and Joyce Heath Emr; brother-in-law, James Currier. Nieces and nephews, Jessica (Ronnie) Cloud, Roy (Diane) Emr, Theresa (Ian) Sherwood, Christopher (Karina) Currier and Alicia (David) Vega; and his loyal felines Batman & Robin.
He will be deeply missed by his family and close friends he made throughout his lifetime.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 1st from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Norman Dean Home For Services, 16 Righter Avenue, Denville. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 2nd at 10:00am at the funeral home. Interment to follow Locust Hill Cemetery, Dover. Donations in his name may be made to the good work of 11th Hour Rescue by way of www.inmemof.org
