Obituary of Anne M. MacDermott

Anne M. MacDermott (Mollegard) passed away at Morristown Medical Center on December 4, 2018, at the age of 90.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY she moved to Mt. Lakes in 1971 and then to the Cedar Lake section of Denville, NJ in 2000.
She earned her Master's Degree in education and worked as a first grade school teacher at Wildwood Elementary School in Mt. Lakes, NJ for many years before retiring in 1993.
Anne was a very social, loving and caring person to everyone she met, and while she enjoyed many things, her favorite place to be was Chautauqua, NY where she spent most of her summers throughout her life.
She was predeceased by her son in-law Michael Arena.
Anne is survived by her beloved husband Eugene MacDermott, and by her loving children Stephan and his wife Sue Farrington, and Kristine Arena. She is also survived by her grandchildren Stephan John Farrington and Andrew and David Arena as well as her brother Tony and his wife Mary Ann Mollegard and her nieces & nephews.
