Please share a memory of Anna to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Anna M. Marron, of Denville, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at Compassionate Care Hospice in Dover. She was 87 years young.

Born and raised in Jersey City to the late John and Anna Kiernan, she was one of two children. In 1956 she married her soulmate, Charles F. Marron. Together they started their family and relocated to Denville where Anna became very involved in the community. She cherished her Denville friendships and loved spending time with them laughing, dancing, attending St. Patrick Day parades, summer vacations in LBI, or in later years at the Senior Citizen Center. Anna was very proud of her Irish heritage and instilled that in her children. Her family was her pride and joy and her happiest moments were spending quality time with them.

Predeceased by her beloved husband, Charles and her son, Daniel Marron, she leaves only joyful memories to her loving sons, Michael Marron and his wife Carla and Larry Marron and his wife Peggy; her cherished grandchildren, Laura and her husband Francesco, Michelle, Sean, Brian, Kathleen, Timothy, and Kelly; her treasured great-grandson, Carmine; her caring sister, Kathleen (the late John) Gleeson; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Public Visitation will take place on Wednesday, August 8th from 4 – 8 pm at Norman Dean Home for Services, 16 Righter Ave., Denville. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, August 9th at 10 am at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 15 Myers Ave., Denville. Burial will follow at Denville Cemetery, Denville.
