Having Sal as part of our family for over fifty years, he truly was a brother to me in so many ways. We shared many good and some bad times.
He was a generous soul and I could always count on Sal and Pat for anything at all.
Soooo many memories...............
I love you Sal and know you were received in heaven by family and friends that went before you. Especially, your Mama D.
Hopefully, there are many great golf courses up there.
You have left a wonderful legacy in Nicole and John and your grand children Cole And Zach.
You will be greatly missed.
Gone way to soon.
With a heavy heart.
Gail

To the family of Salvatore DiBello
Please accept my sincere condolences. I have taken comfort knowing that God . . . will wipe all tears from their eyes, and there will be no more death, suffering, crying, or pain.”—Revelation 21:3, 4
The Bible, however, holds out a much different hope. As we have previously noted, the Scriptures indicate that it is possible to be reunited with your dead loved one in the near future, not in an unknown heaven but right here on earth under peaceful, righteous conditions. And at that time humans will have the prospect of enjoying perfect health, and they will never have to die again. ‘But surely that is wishful thinking!’ some may say words of encouragement please go to JW.org for words of encouragement
Sincerely,
Roberta

Very sad to learn of Sal's passing when he was probably just getting to enjoy his post career leisure time with family and friends.
I vividly remember playing on the NA Senior League championship team "Jay Arnold" with him was I just 13 and he was 15.. Sal was a talented ballplayer and all around great guy.
Sincere condolences to Patty and the entire family.

I met Mr. DiBello 25 years ago and was fortunate enough to be a part of many special occasions. One thing that i respected about Mr. DiBello is that he was always honest with me and a straight shooter. I admired him for the way he conducted himself, always a gentleman, and for the way he loved and cared for his family. The last time I saw him he asked me if I was hitting them straight. He loved to pick at my golf swing and emphasized how i need to "practice, practice, practice Fotios!"
I know he is in a better place and will miss him. I am sure Sally Boy is already showing them how to hit them straight. Rest in peace my friend.

My heart is full of sadness. Sal, we were born exactly 2 months apart in 1948. Our mothers were sisters and so our life together began. We were always together for holidays, birthdays, weekends. We share so many memories, I won’t have enough room to enumerate them. You were like a brother, always protecting me....we shared a two family house until we both married within 5 months of each other. You were always my confidante and advisor. I will miss you so much. There were only two people who called me Linnie. My mom and you. You put up the good fight, now rest.
Love forever,
Linnie

My father-in-law was a great man. I always knew where I stood with him from the time I met him 25 years ago as a young man. I learned a lot of valuable life lessons from him, always enjoyed his sense of humor and of course his sarcasm. He was a great grandfather to my boys and he always wished to see them grow up and tee off at the club with him. He was truly an honest man with superior class. I will definitely miss him greatly but never forget him and his famous quotes such as "George, It is what it is" and "George, you make the money you pay the tax" but most importantly he was a second father to me throughout the years just being able to talk him about work, sports and of course family. I always called him Mr. D or Mr Dibello from the time I met him but he was my Dad and I called him that recently and will always think of him as that. You are in a better place now Dad and I ask you to watch over and protect Cole and Zachary. I hope they become respectable men like their Pop was.
I will miss you greatly but I know you are in a better place now and probably having a mushroom omelette, then hitting some golf balls at the range and getting ready to tee off!
With Great Love,
Your Son-in-Law
