Obituary of Abrielle J. Heeren
“To ride on a pony is to fly without wings…”
Abrielle Joyce Heeren of Rockaway, NJ took her flight to heaven on October 13, 2017 from the Morristown Goryeb Children’s Hospital. She had her family and many whom cared for her over the years by her side. We know that she is free now and is watching over all of us.
Abrielle was a girl with big dreams, enjoyed each moment as it came and lived her 11 young years of life to the fullest. She loved to float on the water, dance to music; Moana and Frozen being her favorite and had an attachment to her Baby Iris. She had a connection with ponies and horses that made her world light up. Above all, Abrielle loved to be with her family; the ones who held her hand every step of the way and took her in their arms up until her last moment.
She leaves happy memories and smiles to her compassionate parents, James D. Heeren and Kim H. Heeren (Nunnermacker); caring siblings Daniel, David and Anastaja Heeren; adoring grandparents Marge and Bert Heeren and many other loving aunts, uncles, cousins and caregivers. She truly adored the staff at the CTC Academy.
Visitation to celebrate Abrielle’s life will take place on Tuesday, October 17 from 4:00 – 7:30 pm at the Norman Dean Home for Services, 16 Righter Avenue, Denville, NJ. A service will begin at 7:30 pm. Memorial donations may be made to the good works of the CTC Academy by way of www.inmemoryof-memorial.org. Please light a candle and share a special memory with the family.
Whisper “I love you” to a butterfly and it will fly to heaven and deliver your message…
