Such a dear uncle and person. We always looked forward to talking to Uncle Joe and visits with us in NC when they were traveling through. So many fond memories of childhood and growing up in the Lazur-Reilly clan. He will remain beloved in our hearts. God bless your families.

Condolences -you all are in my thoughts and prayers. Your dad was a exceptional man who raised an outstanding and loving family. Joe modernized our kitchen in Belleville '73 and I remember the Lazur's and have fond memories of Karen Doris and Ken from attending St. Mary's with them. May time heal and peace to you all.

My Dear "favorite" Uncle Joe:
Every time we spoke on the phone your addressed me as your "favorite" niece!
As a child I felt very special. Later I realized your standing Jest, that EVERY niece and nephew you had were your "favorite"! We ALL truly grew to know that WE all were!
I will always keep the warm memories close to my heart when I reminisce ALL the wonderful times I had spent with you and Aunt Bette and the kids.
I will never forget the many years of your generosity and love.
I have always been very proud to be a part of the LAZUR legacy, the longevity and the unforgettable and blessed generation gone by.
My condolences love and prayers to Aunt Terri, my precious cousins and all the family.
We are all very blessed to have had our parents for a lifetime of protection and love.
Enjoy your mansion in Heaven Uncle Joe, we will miss you yet see you again.
Your "favorite" niece Eileen

We had the privilege of meeting and getting to know Joe along with the rest of his wonderful and welcoming family over the past six years due to our nephew Brett's marriage to his loving granddaughter Mariel. He was a very special man and left a beautiful legacy embodied in his large, tightknit and remarkable family. Please accept our deepest sympathies on your family's loss.

To the entire Lazur family. I send my deepest condolences. Joe was a man that I looked up to owe a lot to in my life. I've felt like family from the moment I started to work at National. Its hard to describe Joe in just a few sentences. He was larger than life and always saw the good in people. Thank you for letting me be part of the family. He will surely missed. From my family to yours please accept my condolences.
