Obituary of Madeline Depta

Madeline (Puorro) Depta passed away in Dover, NJ on May 23, 2017, at the age of 90. Born in Brooklyn, NY she had lived in Dover since 1952. Madeline was well known around town as she had walked there every day for the last 62 years. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Dover, the Dover Senior Citizens, the Rosary Society, the Red Hat Society and the Mary Queen of All Nations Missionary Alliance. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Depta, who passed away in 1991. Madeline is survived by her daughter Maureen and her husband Richard Viscardo of Denville, and her grandchildren Michael Viscardo of Randolph, and Kristi Viscardo of Denville, as well as her sister Elizabeth Santa Maria of Brooklyn, NY. Visitation will be held on Thursday May 25, 2017, from 7-9PM at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ 07834. Funeral services will begin at the funeral home on Friday at 10:00AM.
