Obituary of Carolyn K. Geisik
Please share a memory of Carolyn to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Carolyn K. Geisik passed away at home on Thursday, February 23rd. She was 82. Arrangements were conducted under the
direction of the Norman Dean Home For Services, Denville. Private burial will take place at Arlington National Cemetery with her family present. Donations in her name may be made to the good work of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Carolyn was born in Dover to the late William and Evelyn Keeffe. After high school, she married John Geisik, a US Air Force officer and the couple started their family. They traveled the world as John’s work took them far and wide. Carolyn was the busy Mom to five little ones and stayed active in the community. She enjoyed her time spent with the Franklin Seniors and loved a good game of BINGO.

Jr. (Lisa); daughters Carrie Batty (Matthew), Sally Nichols (Keith) and Julianne DePue (Michael Sr.); grandchildren Katie Geisik (Jeffrey Lennon), Rebecca Batty, Sarah Batty, Kori Batty, Michelle Batty (Michael Lovel-Agnelli),Gunnar Batty, Daniel Batty, Michael Nichols, Amanda Nichols, Michael DePue Jr. and Nicholas DePue; her great granddaughter Mia Lennon; dear friends Jean Batty and Gail Fitzgerald and many more relatives and friends in Sparta and Franklin.
