Obituary of Michael Raissis

Michael Raissis, 61, passed away suddenly on October 4, 2015 at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville. Born and raised in Clifton, NJ, Michael moved to Montville with his family in 1995. After 25 years working at IBM, Michael volunteered his time as an ambulance driver for the Montville Rescue Squad. He was an amazing father that will truly be missed. He is survived by his two children, Michael C. Raissis, 31, of San Francisco, CA and Michelle Raissis, 29, of Rockaway; his beloved mother, Anna Raissis of Montville; and brother, Nicholas Raissis of Austin, TX. He is predeceased by his father, John Raissis (1974) and his brother, Anthony Raissis (1999). A Trisagio Service will be held at 3 pm at Norman Dean Home for Services, 16 Righter Ave., Denville.
