Obituary of Adelaide C Hannan

Adelaide C. Hannan (nee Mahoney), 90, of Rockaway, N.J., formerly of Waldwick, passed away on May 31, 2015.
Born in Paterson, N.J., Adelaide lived in Waldwick for most of her life before moving to Rockaway in 2004.
She was a graduate of St. Joseph's Hospital School of Nursing in Paterson. After working as a Registered Nurse for many years, she married the love of her life, Joseph.
Adelaide and Joseph moved to Waldwick to raise a family. She became a stay at home Mom and devoted her entire life to her husband and children. There was nothing more important to her than her family.
Adelaide was predeceased by her husband Joseph and three children, Linda, Joseph, and James.
She is survived by her devoted children, Eileen of Rockaway, Thomas and his wife Emily and her cherished granddaughter Taylor, all of Denville. She is also survived by her sister Eileen Sawey of North Haledon and her cousin Laura Buckley of Ormond Beach, Florida.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, June 3rd at 10:00 am at Norman Dean Home for Services. Burial will follow at Maryrest Cemetery, Mahwah. In lieu of flowers donations, in Adelaide's memory, may be made to St. Jude's Tribute Program, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148.
