Obituary of Rosalia Lo Iacono

Rosalia Lo Iacono, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 24th, following a brief illness. She was 84 years old. Born in Alia, Italy, Rosalia moved to the US in 1967 with her family. She was an amazing wife, mother and Nonna; always putting the needs of her family first. Her husband Enzo and her family were her world. She leaves only happy memories to her loving husband Enzo of 63 years; her children Maria Concetta McQuilkin (Peter) and Lino Lo Iacono (Lori); her adoring grandchildren Tina Butera, Rosalia Ziccardi, Laura Lepore, Brooke Lo Iacono-Ortiz, Matthew and Joseph Lo Iacono; her great grandchildren Julian and Milla Butera; brother Santo Canzonieri; sister Maria Bove; and many more loving relatives and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, April 30th at 10 am at St. Cecilia's RC Church, 70 Church St. Rockaway. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, April 29th from 4-9 pm at the Norman Dean Home For Services, 16 Righter Ave., Denville.
