We were very sad to hear of Ted’s passing. He was a neighbor on Colony Drive in W. Sayville. To the family we send prayers, thoughts, and hugs. Ted was a very special boy with a precious smile and a gentle spirit. He was a joy to watch growing up. He was a wonderful husband father and a precious son to our dear friends Ann and Charlie. He fought a good fight, he was courageous. May he rest in the arms of the Lord forever. Lillian Sweezy and Family

My condolences to Ted's family. I remember meeting Bunny's little brother (ok, he was a lot taller). We became friends and bonded thanks to our shared love for music. I'm listening to him sing "If I Loved You", and it brings a smile to my face.

Ted,
I will always remeber your great smile and sense of humor. The day we first met, on the "Sayville" bus in freshman year.
I had just moved to Sayville and did not know anyone. When I got on the bus you stood up and said I'm Ted, sit next to me.
We became track buddies. I will always remember the two of us doing laps on that old 220 oval, You were always pushing me and telling jokes. You were a great team mate in both track and on the football field !
I have never met anyone with so much courage and grace. I know you will be missed by your family and your neighbors alike.
May God Bless you and your family.
Peace be with you.

He was "good friend from old country"! We will always have a laugh when thinking of all our great times together. "Alcohol may have been involved" was always the way we started our stories together. He and Egan are now toasting with a crown royal over ice. May the physical pain in life be forever gone in Heaven.
We will miss you good friend.
