George was truly such a good man. He was delightful to talk to, generous and caring to his neighbors, and so good natured.

Every Morning when I would walk into the activities room, George would be sitting there and I would say Hi Geaorge, and wave, And he would put a great big smile on his face and wave back. he just brightened my day, and I know that I didnt know him long but I am just very glad I had the chance to meet him and spend some time with him. He will truly be missed!!

I was deeply saddened to hear of George' s passing.
As George's And Joyce' s neighbor for almost 20 years, I always felt welcome in their home.
Whenever I needed help, I always knew I could depend on George.
My entire family is in debt to George for the work he did on the ramp on my mother' s house, which made her life much easier.
Whenever I think of Green Pond, my thoughts always include George and Joyce Hubschman.
God Bless,
Peter Gormley

Joyce, I remember George's wonderful sense of humor. He never failed to make me smile. However, the dedication and service that George freely gave to all of the efforts of the Tenafly Lions Club will be remembered as one of his lasting gifts to all of us.
Our prayers are with you.
