I knew Bill and Martha very well from the winters they spent as my next door neighbors on FM Beach. I have loads of wonderful memories of both and wonderful photos.
Since Bill passed, Martha and I were not in touch much and gradually not at all. But, her spirit has remained with me as indelible... because I can- to this day-- hear her voice, her laugh and know her outspoken thoughts.
My very belated thoughts to Ron,Larry and Jane. I did not know of her passing until now. If any of her family would like copies of my pictures please let me know. I also have a tape recording I did of the three of us one night, over a beer. What a gift.
Again - Martha will always be here, just as Bill will. We were all lucky to have had their presence in our own lives.

It was a joy to have been a friend of Martha! Her spirit of having a good time, enjoying life, entertaining others with her poetry recitals, sailing days, and seeing her amid cove swims at the rock will be missed. Love to her entire family.

Bill and Larry..so sorry to read about the death of your mother. I have fond memories of her and your Dad both in River Edge and Green Pond. She was always so gracious and made me feel right at home. You are in my thoughts!

Sorry to hear of the loss of your Mother, Larry and Bill. I remember her giving readings from a play at several Women's Club evenings years ago. What a great pic of her diving...I did not know of that accomplishment. What an interesting lady she was!
