Thomas Arthur Dally of Denville, NJ, formerly of Monroe, NY, passed away peacefully on October 17, 2023 at home surrounded by his loving family. Thomas was 92 years young, just 3 days shy from the age of 93.

Thomas was born on October 20, 1930 (10/20/30) in Goshen, NY, being a twin brother to Gerald A. Dally. He is survived by his sister, Mary Jane Demouth of Queensbury, NY, and his two sons, Gerard F. Dally, his wife Patricia, and Martin R. Dally, his wife Sandra.

Thomas is predeceased by the love of his life of 54 years, Marie-Thérèse (Pomares) and son, Timothy Andrew, as well as his seven brothers.

Thomas served in the Army for several years before beginning his teaching career teaching 4th and 5th grade then becoming Principal in NY. He then transferred and became principal of Wildwood School in Mountain Lakes, NJ where he served for 21 years. At the time of his retirement, the Wildwood School dedicated the library in his honor and is known as the Thomas A. Dally Library.
