Obituary of Eugenia D. Enderle
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Eugenia Dolores Enderle on September 1, 2023.
Eugenia will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 62 years, Herman; children: Marc, Nicole (Peter), Kristen (Sarah) and her greatest joy, her 6 grandchildren: Hunter, Nicholas, Beau, Jagger, Peyton, Cole. Sister Lynn (Louis) as well as numerous relatives, nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was predeceased by her loving parents: Anthony and Peggy and sister, Barbara.
Eugenia was born in Newark, NJ. She attended East Side High school where she met the love of her life. She received a degree in nursing and after a successful career as a medical assistant, Eugenia began a teaching career. “Jean” worked tirelessly for years in pursuit of helping others and providing her students with a great education. Her dedication and care for her work and family was inspiring and will never be forgotten.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 8th, 2023 from 3pm to 7pm at Norman Dean Home for Services, 16 Righter Avenue, Denville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held September 9th, at 10am at St. Mary’s Church, 15 Meyers Ave., Denville, NJ followed by a graveside service at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a memorial donation in the memory of Eugenia Enderle to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital by way of www.inmemof.org to ensure receipt of your donation. Please leave a condolence, light a candle, or share your favorite memory of Eugenia here to continue to celebrate her life and let her light shine.
