Obituary of Patricia Ann Masseau
Patricia Ann Masseau passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 26, 2023 at Morristown Medical Center in Morristown. She had shared 77 years of unconditional love, infectious laughter, and unforgettable memories with family and friends.
Born in Los Angeles, CA to the late Ernest and Stella Castillo, Patricia was one of four children to bless their household. Patricia and her siblings were raised in Columbia, where she graduated High School. After graduation the entire family relocated back to the United States. Patricia married her best friend and soulmate, Robert Masseau. Together they settled into North Plainfield, NJ to raise a family of their own. She had a successful career with NJM Insurance in Parsippany. Patricia loved life and she took full advantage of her years on Earth; she worked hard and played even harder and was always ready for adventure on a moments notice. Her guilty pleasures included eating, shopping, taking long walks, traveling, trying new things, and hanging out with loved ones. She never met a store that she didn’t like. Spending time with her friends and family was always a priority. She was truly one of a kind. Although we are deeply saddened by her passing, we take comfort in knowing that she is now reunited with her beloved husband, Robert, and her parents.
She leaves only joyful memories to her adored children, Nicole Farro and Michael Masseau; her cherished grandchildren, Anthony, Joseph, Ashley, and Sienna; her loving siblings, Charles Castillo and his wife Ginny, Michael Castillo and his wife Jeri, and Stella Sosa and her husband Michael; and many dear nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
