A beautiful and fitting obituary for a man that I have had the privilege to know for almost 60 years! A very good, loving man who gave his family everything. Mr. Tanico, thank you for always welcoming me into your home; celebrating holidays and special occasions. I know Mrs. Tanico is ecstatic that you are home with her. Peter and Jeff, I don’t believe there is anymore to be said. You have wonderful parent who loved you both with every fiber in their bodies. May you both be at peace. My love, Patti

The nicest man I ever met. Frank was a true gentleman in every sense of the word. He was like a father to me in so many ways. When he was 92 I got stuck in the snow outside the house and he was going to push me out. He got so mad that I would not get in the car and steer it. I will never forget he said “your a girl and you shouldn’t push the car”. He would not have it and tried to push himself. Love him always thanks for the memories and great stories of time passed by. You are truly a legend, Molly was treated with such respect and class. You are finally together again.
Prayers for the family from the bottom of my heart

Rest in Peace Uncle Frank. Many fond memories of Friday nights as a kid at the house playing Nintendo. Mom still talks about the trip on the Queen Mary when she came to the US with you and Uncle Bill and her cousin's.

We truly will miss Frank, from a small boy I have always admired and looked up to him. I always looked up to him as Husband, Father, Cousin and Military Officer. You could not have a better person to look up to in life than Frank Tanico. He Is Loved by his family and we will all miss his presents whenever we all meet. The only comfort of all this is that 2 Corinthians 5-8 "absent from the body is present with the Lord" which means today he is with Jesus.
I don't know if a lot of the young family members know but when Frank was in the Army overseas during WW2 he boxed for his company and won every fight. There was a scrap book of all the family members that were in the Army at my grandma house, about Uncle Tony, Uncle Joey and Frank, I use to love to go thru it and read all the articles about Frank boxing and winning his fights. Every summer Molly and Frank would have me at their home for a few weeks, I loved going their. Frank taught me how to fish and ride horses. He was a good cousin to me and I will miss him greatly.
Today he stands with His loving Wife Molly in Heaven in the presents of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
