Obituary of Julianna Tiger
Julianna (Hevesi) Tiger passed away peacefully at her home in Denville, NJ surrounded by her family on May 3, 2022, at the age of 84.
Born in Szentes, Hungary, her family emigrated to the United States in the 1950’s and settled in Cleveland, OH. In 1967, she moved to New York, living in Yonkers, NY for 30+ years before relocating to Denville, NJ in 2010.
Julianna loved to travel and was a life-long active member of the Hungarian Scout Association In Exteris.
She was predeceased by her parents John Hevesi and Julia (Varga) Hevesi as well as her brother John Jr.
Julianna is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years, Sandor Tiger and also by her loving daughter Ildiko Tiger both of Denville, NJ.
Private services were held under the direction of Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Avenue Denville, NJ 07834 www.normandean.com.
A memorial Mass will be held on June 11, 2022 at 11 am at St. Ladislaus Church (213 Somerset St, New Brunswick, NJ 08901)
