Mike knows this one well. I had been hunting by Mike and Paula's house Mike's arm was in a cast I had just healed from foot surgery. Well to make a very long story short the deer I shot ran into a nuts yard and she started screaming I saw you shoot that deer in my yard not true. Anyway she sent the cop's to Mike's house before we got back. If you knew Paula she had no tolerance for stupidity. Mike and I were not looking forward to going home to say the least Well she met us at the door shook her head laughed mumbled something under her breath and walked inside.I write this with tears in my eyes .I know that you are with our heavenly father RIP MY FRIEND

Paula was always a joy to chat with when she walked Mack. We were neighbors for 4 years and she was so warning when we moved into the neighborhood. We will always remember her and are thankful we got the pleasure of having her in our lives for the time we did. RIP Paula! Love Melinda and Tony

I have known Paula since she moved into Rockaway with Mike and her baby daughter. Living across the street from her and having children the same age, we became fast friends. We shared car pool duties and had many adventures. I am deeply saddened by her passing. I will miss her vivacious laugh and fun loving nature. Mike, Erica and Paul, you have my deepest sympathy. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I love you all and my heart breaks for your loss. Love, Melanie
