Obituary of Raymond Leonard Eriksson
Raymond Leonard Eriksson passed away at his home in Landing, NJ on May 17, 2021
at the age of 61.
Born and raised in Staten Island, NY Ray moved to Denville,NJ when he was 11. After attending Denville schools Ray served in the US Army from 1978 to 1983. He moved to the Landing/ Mount Arlington area 25 years ago.
Ray worked as an installer for All Quality Fence in Ledgewood, NJ. In his spare time, he loved to fish and hunt. He was an avid NY Giants fan and loved to watch big foot shows on TV as well as nature and history movies.
He is survived by his children Adam Eriksson of Budd Lake, Todd Eriksson of Budd Lake, Brice Eriksson of Andover, Elizabeth Kane of Boston, MA and Kimber Eriksson of Florida. He is also survived by his sisters Carolyn Dickson of Denville, and Ruth Giannitelli of Connecticut. His partner of 25 years Annette Vilagos of Landing and children Joseph Vilagos, Tina Stevens, Veronica Stevens, Jennifer Stevens and grandchildren Jason Stevens, Kayla Stevens, Emma Tighe, Adrian, Dorian, Apryl, Jaxson, Kelsey,Christopher and many nieces & nephews.
He kept everyone around him always smiling and laughing. His life was a blessing, his memories a treasure. He is loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measures.
