Many years ago, Bery, my good friend of many years and Sunny came to visit us in our home on Long Island. At that time we had a pool table in our family room. Sunny asked “how do you play this game?” Shelly proceeded to explain the rules and racked the balls and showed Sunny how it was played. Quietly Sunny took it all in and when it was his turn, he took the que and proceeded to wipe the table, putting the balls one by one in the pockets! We all looked at each other and had a good laugh. That was Sunny...quiet and unassuming and a gentleman with a good sense of humor. Rest In Peace Sunny...you will be missed by all who had the good fortune to know you.

Sunny & I took on challenges in play-ground basketball & bowling alley. Always laugh it off over a snack when our game was off. We razzle-dazzle the girls doing the Lindy & Cha-cha at the Viking’s holiday parties. In college we worked hard on our homeworks, tests, & our mid-terms & finals. Sunny & Bery always managed to be there at our daughters’ weddings. Betty & I will always cherish the meals we had with Sunny & Bery. Good bye Sunny my friend, buddy, & older brother I never had. Gin and I are so saddened by Sunny's passing. My fondest memory is the many years we spent together at Hanover Bowling Lanes. He really loved the sport and was a very good bowler.
He was such a pleasant and easy going person. Even though he had a quiet demeanor, I knew the deep love he had for his family and friends.
May he rest in peace, and may all the wonderful times he shared with family and friends give comfort and lasting memories to us all.

Many years ago when we lived in East Islip NY Bery and Sunny came to visit us. We had a pool table in the family room and Sunny asked “ what is that game and how do you play”. Shelly quickly gave him the basics of the game and asked Sunny if he would like to play. “Sure, although I really don’t think I will be very good”. Shelly racked the balls and made the first play. Sunny took the que and with a smile and a twinkle in his eye, proceeded to make every play and quickly wiped the table clean smiling as he went! That is our fondest memory of this lovely fun loving man. Rest In Peace Sunny. You will be missed.
