Alice Marie Harrigtion Head passed away peacefully at age 90 with her children at her side on
September 19th, 2020.

 

Alice was a long-time resident of Mountain Lakes and Rockaway Township, New Jersey. She was born on December 2nd, 1929 in Weehawken, New Jersey.


Alice was the daughter of Helen (Kitt) and Denis Harrington. She was proceeded in death by her loving husband James Creighton Head and her daughter Ellen Lousie. She is survived by children, Deborah (David), Michael (Jill), and Stephen. Her grandchildren Dayvid(Nicole), Danyelle, Katherine, Emily(David), Daniel, Brian, AJ, Jessica, and Racheal, and her very special Great Grandchildren Bailey, Logan, Charlotte, Alayna, Ariyana, Liam.

 

Alice was an avid reader and enjoyed sewing and quilting. She loved old movies and spending time with her grandchildren. Due to the pandemic, her memorial service will be a private event. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the Rockaway Township Library, 61 Mt.Hope Road, Rockaway, NJ 07866.
