Elvira Centanni (Natalizio) passed way at Care One of Morris in Parsippany, NJ on Wednesday December 19, 2012.
She was 93 years old.
Born in Newark, she had spent most of her life in Bloomfield before moving to Parsippany, NJ 18 years ago.
Elvira was a homemaker for most of her life.
She was predeceased by her husband Angelo in 1970, and also predeceased by 8 of her siblings, Angelo, Paulie, Freddy, Katherine, Philomena, Emma, Molly and Anna.
Elvira is survived by her children Linda Galioto of Ringwood, Joseph Centanni of Allamuchy, Barbara Reichwald of Rockaway Twp. and John Centanni of Rockaway Twp., NJ, and her step-son Carmine Centanni. She is also survived by her grandchildren Toni Ann, Linda and Christina, as well as her great grandchildren Alexa, Cole, Gianna and Cameron, and her brother Nicholas Natalizio of Belleville, NJ also survives her.
A Liturgy of Christian Burial Mass will be held on Friday December 21, 2012 at 10AM at St. Cecilia’s church in Rockaway, NJ. Interment will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Upper Montclair, NJ. Funeral under the direction of Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ 07834. There will be no visitation hours.
