Mary S. Benenati (nee Turner) of Denville, NJ passed away on July 15, 2002 at St. Clares Hospital in Denville.
Born in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania, she had lived in Astoria, (Queens), New York, before moving to Denville 15 years ago. She had worked as an Executive Assistant to the president of New York Bell Telephone for 45 years before retiring in 1972. She was a member of the Pioneers of NY Bell Telephone.
Her Late husband, Charles L. Benenati passed away in 1997, and she is survived by her sister; Grace Ruffino of Boca Raton, FL, and her brother Albert Torturo of Valley Cottage, NY. She is also survived by many loving Nieces & Nephews, and one sister in law; Sylvia Turner.
Funeral services will start at Norman Dean funeral home at 8:30AM on Saturday July 20, for a Liturgy of Christian Burial at St. Francis Chapel at 9:30AM. Interment services will be at Calvary Cemetery in Woodside, NY (Queens) following the Mass. Friends may visit on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9PM.
