My heart is very sad at this news of Aunt Bernice. I have so many fond memories of her and Uncle Harlod. How we loved coming to their house with the kids knowing that we were always welcomed. Sitting around the table with Mark, Brien and Jeff and we just laughed all the time. Time and things have changed over the years, but the memories I have of the Dunbars will last for many years. I am so sorry Mark, Brien and Jeff, I truly know how much you will miss your Mom but I know how much she loved you all.

Aunt Bernice was a surrogate grandmother to my siblings and I when we were young. She told wonderful stories and laughed all the time.
She and Uncle Harold were wonderful to us. I will cherish the memories of our trips to Wildwood on Memorial Day weekends and her cute white Keds bouncing up the stairs and chasing us around Turtle Back Zoo! She was a great lady who will be truly missed.
Much love to all of you!
~Stefanie

I think I enjoyed telling you my crazy stories as much as you enjoyed laughing when hearing them. I hope that Mark, Matt, Mer and I brought you the same love and joy that you gave to us.....Baby Sara is the icing on the cake, and I know how much you looked forward to seeing her.
We will miss you terribly and always love you....Maureen

We loved Bernice. She sat next to me all the years at "Young at heart". We shared all that went on in our families and I saw the pictures of her beautiful Sara. We will miss her so much, and we know she is at peace with the Lord.

"Now the world is filled with many wonders under the passing sun;
And sometimes something comes along and you know it's for sure the only one;
The Mona Lisa, the David, the Sistine Chapel, Jesus, Mary, and Joe;
When they built you, Mom, they broke the mold
They say you can't take it with you, but I think that they're wrong;
'Cause all I know is when I woke up this morning, and something big was gone
Now your gone into that dark ether where you're still young and strong and bold
When they built you, Mom, they broke the mold
Sadly your death is upon us and soon we'll return your body to the earth
And I know you'll take comfort in knowing you'll be roundly blessed in church,
Love is a power greater than death, just like the songs and stories told
And when they built you, Mom, they broke the mold
Your loving son,
Jeffery

Grandma was a inspiring woman that always looked at the brighter side of things. Thank you for all the heart to heart talks, lunch dates and of course the many laughs we've shared! We will miss you and love you very much!
