We are shocked and saddened to hear of Robert’s passing. As the cousins work on our Family Tree, Howard, Jeanne and the boys are always seem to come up in the conversation. Robert’s Uncle George Doyle was married to our Aunt Nancy Morgan. Howard became “Uncle” and Jeanne “Aunt”, and therefore the boys were “cousins.”
Jeanne stood up for Jean at her confirmation. Howard and Bob were good friends. Michael and Linda kept in touch through Little League.
We all have fond memories of Uncle George’s house on the lake with the boys. As we all got older, while we fell out of touch with them, but, somehow one of us always knew where they all were, how they were doing, etc. And while all have now passed on, they live in our hearts forever.

My father was one of the most kind and generous people you would ever want to meet! If you spent even just a moment in his company you would instantly feel the same way! To know him was to love him. Daddy, you are in my heart yesterday, today, and every tomorrow until I am with you again. I love you Daddy!Always, Stacey

Dad you were and still are the best father-in-law a son-in-law could ever have. I have learned so much from you over the years and I thank you for everything you have said to me and taught me. You were my teacher. You were not only my father but also my friend. I will take care our family. We love you and miss you dad. You are in our hearts and thoughts.
Dad this poem is for you. WE LOVE YOU:
The Path to Heaven
They say memories are golden
Well maybe that is true
But we never wanted memories,
We only wanted you,
A million times we’ve needed you
A millions times we’ve cried
If love alone could have saved you
You never would have died
In life we loved you dearly
In death we love you still
In our hearts you hold a special place
No one can ever fill
If tears could build a stair case
An heartache build a lane
We’d walk the path to heaven
And bring you back again
Our family chain is broken
And nothing seems the same
But as God calls us one by one
The chain will link again.
