John J. Picciallo, 82, died on Friday at the Holly Manor Nursing Center in Mendham, NJ.
John was born in Newark was a resident of Parsippany and the last several years in Rockaway Township. He served during World War II in the United States Navy. John was a salesman for 40 years for LCA Sales in Tuckahoe, NY retiring 15 years ago. He was a Veteran of Foreign Wars member Post 3401.
His brother Daniel Picciallo predeceased John.
John is survived by his former wife Elsie, his children, Lisa G. Whipple and her husband David of Wharton, Joseph Picciallo and his wife Cecelia of Succasunna, Diane Feinberg and her husband Mitchell of Berkeley Heights, his seven grandchildren Lauren, Emily, Rebecca, Eugene, Julia, Ava, and Sophia, and his sister, Rose Ruggieri of Scotch Plains.
The funeral will be conducted from Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ www.normandean.com (light a candle in memory of John on web site), on Monday Nov. 26th at 8:15am for a 9:30am Liturgy of Christian Burial service at St. Ann Church, Parsippany, NJ. Interment services at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ. Relatives and friends will be received on Sunday Nov. 25th from 3-5 and 7-9pm.
