Julie G. Henry was born August 6, 1923 in Jersey City.
On September 4, 1948 she married Robert E. Henry and they lived a wonderful life together. They were married for 64 years before she passed away. She was a successful entrepreneur who raised 3 children and was a devoted grandmother to her 6 grandchildren.
Julie had a passion for adventure and the outdoors. She was an avid golfer and boater. She also enjoyed fishing, tennis and hunting. She was an expert archer achieving state recognition. When she wasn't outside you would find her dancing and singing to her favorite song "You are my Sunshine."
Her loving husband, Robert Henry, 3 children, Kathie Kidd, Bob Henry, Patrick Henry, 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grand children will forever carry her memory in their hearts.
Julie was, above all, devoted to her family and treated each grandchild as the special individual they were, always inspiring them to be the best they could be.
Funeral arrangements will be held 11:00am on Monday August 13, 2012 at St Mary's Church in Denville. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
