We send our condolences to all the family. "Mayor" Luger
performed our wedding services in his office in '76. He said it was his first. The charm worked as we are still married with 5 kids and 1 granddaughter. As Township Clerk, my mother enjoyed working with Mr. L. as he served as Mayor of Denville.
Sincerely
Barry & JoAnn Snowden
Roanoke, Va.

So sorry to hear of Walter's passing. I worked for Walter at the NJTP for many years, he was the best of bosses. He respected and listened to opinions from others and used their talents to the best. It is a big man who listens to those who work for him.
I enjoyed those years the most of all the 20 years I worked for the Turnpike.
Please accept my sincere condolences at this sorrowful time.
Sincerely Marsha J. Klein
