Robert (Bob) L. Bollinger
Beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.
Robert L. Bollinger passed away at his home in Denville on Sunday March 11, 2007.
He was 86 years old.
Born in Jersey City he had lived in Bloomfield where he graduated from Bloomfield High School in 1938. He was a long time resident of Whippany, NJ.
He was a veteran of the Army Air Force and served in WWII.
Robert had a career in sales for Union Camp and International Paper Corp. in Wayne, NJ.
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the American Legion in Whippany.
Robert is survived by his wife of 65 years, Anne (Recenello) of Denville, three children Robert of Nashua, NH, Kathleen of Houston, TX, and Kevin of Denville, NJ. His six Grandchildren Robert, Tracy, Bryan, Erin, Brian and Justin; and three Great Grandchildren Madeline, Robert and Abigail Rose also survive him.
Visitation will be held on Thursday March 15, from 7-9PM at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ www.normandean.com. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday at 10:30AM at Notre Dame Church 359 Central Avenue, North Caldwell, NJ 07006.
