Obituary of Rudolph P. Roscher

Rudolph P. Roscher passed away at at Wilkes-Barre General Hospial on January 12, 2007.
He was 75 years old.
Born in Boonton, he was a 1949 graduate of Boonton High School and 1953 graduate of Drew University with a Bachelor of arts degree in economics. He also attended the University of Connecticut Graduate School.
Prior to his retirement in 1988, he was employed by North American Philips Corp. as president of Magnavox CATV Systems.
He served as New York regional manager of Philips Data Systems from 1971 to 1975 and as national marketing manager and vice president from 1975 to 1981.
Earlier in his career he was employed by Burroghs Corp. in various sales and marketing positions in New Jersey, New York and Michigan.
He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Mt. Pocono, PA.
He served on the alumni board at Drew University and American Data Corp., Magnavox CATV Systems and Philips BE Corp and his local Community Association Board in Pocono Pines.
Survivors include his wife Joan P. (Doremus), his children Lauren (& Anthony) Boyadjis of Morristown, NJ, David K. Roscher of Jenkinton, PA and five grandchildren, Sara E. Roscher, Hannah A. Boyadjis, Rachel A. Boyadjis, Rovner and Mathew P. Roscher.
Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday January 16, at 11AM at Trinity Episcopal Church, Trinity Hill Rd. Mount Pocono, PA, and on Wednesday January 17, at 11AM at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ. Friends may visit prior to the servce on Wed. from 9-11AM at Norman Dean Funeral Home.
