Obituary of Anne R. Beetle

Anne R. Beetle, (Adams) passed away at Morristown Medical Center on January 4, 2015. She was 90 years old.
Anne was raised in Montclair, lived in Mountain Lakes for over 40 years before moving to Rockaway Twp., NJ 12 years ago.
Anne attended the Kimberley Academy in Montclair and graduated in 1942. She then went on to attend Middlebury College and received her Bachelor's degree in mathematics. She belonged to Phi Mu sorority.
Anne worked as a volunteer at Riverside Hospital. She also worked for Lakeland Hills YMCA and H&R Block.
Anne enjoyed skiing and spent the winter weekends with her family skiing at Mad River Glen, Vermont. She was a long time member of the Montclair Ski Club. While her children were growing up, Anne took them everyday, weather permitting, to the beach at Mountain Lakes Country Club. Anne loved to bowl and was a member of many bowling leagues. She also played golf in Mountain Lakes at the Rockaway River Country Club.
Anne was predeceased by her husband Robert Harold Beetle in 1997.
She is survived by her daughters, Kimberley Anne Jones of Midland, TX; Kathleen Ashley Kindberg of Rockaway Twp, NJ; Laura Lee Beetle-Boyle of York, PA; Margaret Anne Acker of Reading, PA and her sons-in-law Bradley Jones, Kenneth Kindberg, and Neal Boyle. Anne is survived by her grandchildren, Jaylene Jones; Tracie Jones; Grace Acker; Robert Acker Jr. and his wife Tiffany; Samantha Kindberg; Travis Acker; Hadleigh Kindberg; and her two great grandchildren, Lily and Gerald Acker. Anne is also survived by her sister in-law Midge Winnicki of Caldwell, NJ.
A memorial visitation will be held on Friday January 9, 2015 from 12:30 – 2:30 PM at Norman Dean 16 Righter Ave. Denville, NJ 07834. A memorial service followed by a reception will be held on Friday January 9, 2015 at 4 PM in St. Peter's Episcopal Church 215 Boulevard Mountain Lakes, NJ 07046.
