Gladys R. Hosick, (nee James) 83, passed away suddenly on Saturday, July 12th at her home in Denville. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th at 11 am at the Norman Dean Home For Services, 16 Righter Avenue, Denville. Interment to follow at the Rockaway Valley Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held prior to the service, beginning at 9 am. Donations in her memory may be made to The Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517 Topeka, Kansas 66675. Gladys was born and raised in Rockaway Township. After her schooling, she met Jack Hosick at a dance in Marcella. The couple later married and started their family. Gladys was an avid golfer and a wonderful homemaker. She always enjoyed board games, specifically Scrabble & Yahtzee. Most recently, she settled at Cooks Pond Senior Living, where she enjoyed her time with great friends.
Predeceased by her husband Jack; she is survived by her children Jack R. (Joan) and Robin Malvezzi (Joseph); her grandsons Ben and Alex Malvezzi; and many more loving relatives and dear friends.
