Lucille M. Frederickson, 87, passed away peacefully in her home near Rehobeth Beach, DE on Monday, June 23rd.
Born to Frank and Mary Knier in Foley, MN on August 6, 1926, Lucille dedicated her life to her husband, Charles, whom she married on New Year's Eve 1953, raising five loving sons and supporting the community through her work as a Registered OR Nurse and Operating Room Supervisor at Dover General Hospital (1972-1988).
She also had a great love of music, art, swimming, the outdoors, animals and playing bridge. May she find peace as she joins her parents, Frank and Mary, husband, Charlie, son, David, and siblings: Len, Berneda and Luella, with God in Heaven. Lucille is survived by her four sons: Paul, Steve, Roy and Leo; her three daughter-in-laws: Lillian, Cathy and Millie; her six grandchildren: Lauren, Erin, Kelly, Danielle, Ryan and Karin; and her older brother Clifford Knier.
A memorial service will be held in her honor at Norman Dean Home for Services in Denville, NJ on Saturday, June 28th from 1-4pm.
