Martha was a close fun friend during our student nurse days. She got me involved with her in teaching bible classes and in taking neighborhood children on field trips to the park. We once were scolded for taking the bread and peanut butter from the students' lounge to make sandwiches for Martha's bible class kids.

To the Lenz Family:
I have dear memories of Mrs. Lenz, and of course, Cheryl. Mrs. Lenz babysat me after school back in 1975. To this day I remember her kindness, and how she would make delicious cookies and grilled cheese sandwiches for me to enjoy while I played with Cheryl and the family dog, Shawn. Rest peacefully, and may you be having a blessed reunion with your daughter. My thoughts and prayers to the entire Lenz family. ~ Christy Nilsen

Dear Dave, Joy, Chris,Karen and the entire family of Mrs. Lenz, My family and I are so sorry for your loss. Mrs. Lenz was such a kind, gentle and beautiful woman inside and out. I have such fond memories of her babysitting me when I was young and spending lots of time at the house growing up . I was so glad that I was able to have one last visit with her. She loved you all so much and you brought her so much joy. Heaven has truly gained another angel. May she rest in peace and may thoughts of all the good times that you shared and knowing that she is now with Sue, Cheryl and other loved ones who have passed be a source of comfort.
