I loved Billy and how very proud I was that he always knew my name when he took his many walks with his mom around the block. I have thought about him many times in my life and I know that if anyone is in God's hands it is Billy. He can take long walks with his mom and dad again and be at peace. I wonder if there are garbage cans in heaven for Billy to put the lids on as I remember how much he enjoyed that. Love, Barbara
