Jean Gallagher passed away peacefully at her home in Denville, NJ on July 6, 2012.
She was 77 years old.
Born and raised in NY, NY she had lived in Montville before moving to Denville, NJ 7 years ago.
Jean worked for many years as a legal secretary for Ayres & Thompson in New York City.
She is survived by her loving children Robert and his wife Jennifer Kearney of Cortlandt Manor, NY Beth Kearney of Bay Shore Long Island and Amy and her husband Tim Gordon of Denville, NJ. She is also survived by her grandchildren Michael Edgar, Lauren Kearney, Sara Kearney and Brian Gordon as well as her sister Marie Ayres of Centennial, CO.
Friends and relatives are invited to visit with the family on Monday July 9, 2012 from 4-7PM at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ 07834. A Liturgy of Christian Burial Mass will be held on Tuesday July 10, at St. Mary's Church in Denville at 10AM. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne, NY.
