Elizabeth Oakley. 90, passed away at Hackettstown Regional Medical Center, Hackettstown, NJ on Tuesday June 19, 2012.
Elizabeth was born in Belfast, Ireland. She came to the United States in 1945 and settled in Denville, NJ and raised her family. Elizabeth was a member of the Church of the Saviour.
Elizabeth was predeceased by her husband Howard E. Oakley Jr. and her daughter Barbara Oakley.
Elizabeth is survived by her son, Lynn Oakley and his wife Nancy of Hackettstown, and her grandchildren, Pamela Gharaibeh, Rebecca Davis, Ryan Oakley, and Tara Oakley, and her great grandchildren, London Cutler, Ivy and Lessa Gharaibeh, Willa Mitchell, Ryan and Riss Oakley.
Elizabeth’s funeral service will be conducted on Friday evening June 22nd at 8PM at Norman Dean Home for Services, 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ, www.normandean.com, (please light a candle in memory of Elizabeth on website). Relatives and friends will be received on Friday June 22nd at the funeral home from 6-8pm. In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer’s Association, 400 Morris Avenue, Denville, NJ 07834.
