Glenn Ford, 58, died on Sunday Nov. 13, 2011 at his home in Hopatcong, NJ. He was born in Dover, and grew up in Denville before moving to Hopatcong in 1983. Glenn has been a sales representative for John Dusenbery & Co. in Randolph for over 25 years. He has been an active member of the Denville Rotary Club where he had served as the President in 1988 and 1989. He had received Rotary's highest award the Paul Harris Fellow in 1989. Glenn had a passion for sports where he was a devoted fan of the N. J. Devils, the N. Y. Jets, and the St. Louis Cardinals. He is predeceased by his mother Margaret Bonno Ford. He is survived by his wife of 28 years Carolyn L. his children Christine Halter of Hopatcong, Kathy and her husband Bill Longeill of West Milford, Karen and her husband David Buchanan and Carl and his wife Patricia Halter both of Mt. Olive. His nine grandchildren Jamie, Billy, Corey, Matthew, Kimberly, Kaitlyn, CJ, Collin, and Sara. He is also survived by his father and his wife Ralph and Marilyn Ford of Morris Plains, NJ, his sister and her husband Amy and Kevin Biener of Port Charlotte, Fla. and two nephews, Mitchell Biener and Kevin Biener Jr. Friends and family may visit with the family on Wednesday November 16, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave. Denville, NJ, www.normandean.com. On Thursday November 17, 2011 a funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM by Rev. Jean McMullan, of the United Methodist Church of Rockaway.
