So sorry to hear about Mac, what a truly great man. I have had a number of interactions with him and the stories of his past were brilliant. The best being about how the English soldiers in ww2 stopped one afternoon whilst he was travelling with them in Italy, thinking an attack was immanent Mac jumped out of the truck and dived for cover whilst the English soldiers sat at side of the road and started to brew up a cup of tea as it was afternoon tea time! As they say in England there is always time for a cup of tea!
My thoughts are with you all, and know how much he meant to you all. Rest easy Mac, best Scottish fella I have had the pleasure of meeting! Love sanj x

Mac was a valuable member of our Nauset Flotilla who talked up the Auxiliary to boating class students and steered many potential new members our way. He was always at hand to help students grasp difficult concepts and keep spirits up. His sunny, optimistic attitude kept us on an even keel. Since his decline in health and subsequent relocation he has been and now will always be missed by all those who knew him.

Dearest Missy Kyle, your Mom, sister and brother, all of the grandchildren, what a wonderful man I remember your grandfather being. I loved to visit the Stone household when they were visiting. He loved "herding" Dylan around to soccer and baseball, and playing with Lia. He always had us laughing hysterically with his stories. It will be ten years this month that my dad left, and it seems like yesterday. All my love to you, Kyle, my dear friend. You will be in my heart. Lots of love to all, Blessings, Wynne
