Obituary of Philip T. Geygan

Philip Thornton Geygan Sr. passed away peacefully on August 28, 2011 at the age of 74.
He was born on June 19, 1937. He grew up in Garden City, NY and lived 43 years of his life in Mountain Lakes and Denville, NJ.
Philip graduated from Oklahoma State University with an economics degree in 1959. He was a successful business owner before retiring in 2007.
Philip was once the president of the Mountain Lakes Club and active in the Park Lakes Tennis Club for 30 years.
Philip was predeceased by his wife, Ingrid Geygan, his son Bradley Geygan, and his brother Paul Geygan. He is survived by 5 children: Philip Geygan Jr. (wife Eileen), Scott Geygan (Wife Tracy), Jeffrey Geygan (Wife Kathy), Jennifer Gable, and Douglas Geygan (wife Kelly). He is further survived by nine grandchildren and his dear friend Rebecca Galloway.
A memorial celebration of Philip's life will be held at the Lake Arrowhead Club at 12 Lakewood Drive in Denville, NJ (Lakearrowheadclub.com) on Saturday, September 24, from 4-8PM.
