Obituary of Barbara Ann Heller

Barbara A. Heller, 69, died on Monday July 11, 2011 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Barbara was born in Brighton, England and moved to the US in 1964, and became a proud American citizen in 1986. She had lived in Banger, Pa. and Denville, NJ before moving to Bandera County, Texas in 2006.
She loved animals and abused dogs and devoted her life to them along with her friend Marlene Heavner. While living in Texas she had served as VP of Cowboy Capital Pet Assistance League, a rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption of homeless and abused dogs.
She is survived by her husband Robert Heller, her daughters Julie Martinez of Cambodia, Vietnam and Kathlene Fabrizio, as well as her step sons Robert Heller Jr. of BelAir, Md. and Richard Heller of Ormond Beach, Fla.. She has five grandchildren and four step grandchildren and a brother Peter Mitchell of Worthing, England and many nieces and nephews.
